- The Battle of Sullust occurs. During the battle, Anakin Skywalker's flagship the Resolute is destroyed. Also, Count Dooku, on orders from his master Darth Sidious, betrays his assassin Asajj Ventress, having TJ-912's Recusant-class light destroyer fire on the Providence-class Dreadnought she is on. Ventress is presumed dead by Dooku, but she survives and attempts to exact revenge.[6]
- The Ones cease to exist on the planet Mortis. The Son stabs the Daughter with the Dagger of Mortis.[7] The Father then kills himself to allow Anakin Skywalker to kill the Son.[8]
- The Confederacy of Independent Systems moves to annex the Qiilura system[9]
- During a Republic mercy mission, droids C-3PO and R2-D2 restore peace between the Aleena and their underground neighbors on the planet Aleen by re-sealing the Great Seal[9]
- The Nightbrother Savage Opress locates his lost brother, the renegade Sith Lord Maul,[10] who reenters the galactic stage in order to seize revenge on Obi-Wan Kenobi.[11]
- The eight hundredth and forty-seventh Festival of Light is celebrated on Naboo. The festival is interrupted by an attempt to abduct Supreme Chancellor Palpatine.[12]
- Sheev Palpatine inducts Gallius Rax into the Contingency and the Galactic Empire.[13]
