Past
The Tiny Drone was created by Dr. Ivo Robotnik under funding from the United States government. Upon its creation, it was stored within the Monopod Drone.
Sonic the Hedgehog
The Tiny Drone was deployed from the wreckage of the Monopod Drone and pursued Sonic and Tom on the road to San Francisco, cuts off the hood off of Tom's truck with a laser beam. After they deal with this phase, the machine is reduced to a sticky bomb that attaches itself to Sonic's hand, and they pull off the road to get rid of it. But just when Sonic manages to transfer it to a rock and starts to walk away to high-5 Tom, it explodes with Sonic still close by.
Powers and abilities
The Tiny Drone is extremely fast and maneuverable for its size, capable of keeping up with and circling around a moving car with pinpoint precision. Highly destructive, it is armed with a laser capable of cutting through steel. Should its rotors be removed, the robot's eye can become a sticky bomb and attach itself to any surface. This tiny bomb packs enough power to produce an explosion several meters wide. It can be deployed from the eye of the Monopod Drone.
