Day 3 took place on 24 November 2019. The day follows the events of Day 2 and is followed by the events of Day 4.
Major Events
The Middle East Crisis
- KaraCorvus attempted to fix a series of erroneous claims in Arabia but ended claiming a large square of the area by mistake, including some parts of the Kingdom of Jordan.
- The crisis ended by restarting the Corvarian Empire and paying CaptainSparklez a block of diamond, 4 emeralds, and 4 steaks to avoid war.
The ARG
- A new Octangula shape appeared in the sky in the northeast corner of the map.
- Reflex flew over by plane and claimed it.
- The location contained a villager called Nietzsche and a chest containing clues to the ARG.
- Reflex later lost the contents of the chest when he died in a cave and his inventory despawned. However, a recording of the disc can still be heard through a livestream VOD.
The Great Boomer Misunderstanding
- VoiceOverPete claimed a major chunk of Australia for the Antarctic Empire, including claiming over one chunk that was owned by the Inquisition and a large number of chunks owned by Bean Island.
- This nearly started a war between the two factions.
- Krinios reclaimed back the overclaimed chunks and forgave Pete, as did the Inquisition.
- However, the Inquisition has since not reclaimed their land.
- This nearly started a war between the two factions.
Other Events
- In the very early morning, Quackity and Aksually teamed up to conquer Central America for their faction, PenIsland.
- After they had finished, they had become one of the biggest factions based on land area, quite possibly even rivaling the large German Empire.
- RTGame joined the server for the first time, starting in Ireland.
- He founded TheIrish, allied with Smajor1995 of Scottland, and began construction on the Dublin Spire.
- TommyInnit of the Business Bay entered an alliance with Smajor1995 after a trade deal.
- Tommy also formed an agreement with WilburSoot in that he could rejoin The Cumin Squad and add an exclamation point to the end of the name if he brought Wilbur 22 blocks of redstone.
- VoiceOverPete discovered what he dubbed the "BOOMER cave".
- CaptainSparklez founded the Kingdom of Jordan in the Middle East after the faction reset.
- CaptainSparklez also claimed Mount Everest from the USSR.
- WilburSoot continued work on his trans-Atlantic bridge by adding actual rails.
- Both his faction & territory were renamed from ‘Newfoundland’ to ‘Terra Nova’ due to pronunciation complaints.
- During this construction, he hinted at Jacksepticeye and CallMeKevin possibly joining Ireland on the SMPEarth server.
- Luemas started a new faction called Yukon in Alaska/Canada.
- German Empire lost all of its territories when SwiftyPat accidentally unclaimed all their territory.
DEFCON Status
On Day 3, The DEFCON level was 3, as the accidental large claims were made, including the one by VoiceOverPete which almost resulted in war.
