The genre name of "UFO TECHNO" is a little nostalgic and the relaxing rhythm becomes a perfect fit for Pal--it's been a long time since he made his appearance.
(Perhaps I would say that his cup-shaped cover and so on is now the first time I've asked about it!
I wonder if I've thought up of an improvisation!)
If I think back about it, I do know the meaning of the ending particle of "upa" in pop'n music 9:
"Deep, deep inside..."
"There's rather a maniac here...and it's P-CAT..."
That was what I thought. Even so, he is 3 models early.
Maybe something does bring me back memories....
I thought, I have animated his "UFO☆" choreography,
but even that can't get through a team of young poppers.
On top of the hill, I keep my eye on Pal and two others far away.
(This year being sort of different is a good thing....)
Appearance
ANALOG TECHNO
Pal is shown as a small alien with teal skin and red eyes. He has a single antenna that's kept under a shattered glass helmet. He wears a lime green shirt with a lightning bolt design, a white collar, and orange pants that extend into shoes.
His 2P palette gives him blue gray skin and blue eyes, while his shirt is now gray and his pants are honeydew color.
UFO TECHNO
Pal wears a shirt with white sleeves and a collar and blue, lime green, and magenta stripes. His pants are now yellow.
In his 2P his skin is white and he has light blue eyes. The stripes are now blue, purple, and black, and his pants are blue.
