The Onion Replica (オニヨンモドキ) is a treasure in Pikmin 2, part of the Nature's Candy Series. It is an actual onion, despite appearing to state otherwise. Olimar named the Onion Replica after the onions on Hocotate, but calls it a "replica" to differentiate from them.

The Onion Replica is found in the Perplexing Pool, behind the landing site. The Onion Replica involves a complicated process to acquire, and is one of the most complicated treasures to obtain. To obtain it, a nearby reinforced gate must be destroyed to get behind the landing site, then White Pikmin can be thrown over the edge on the secret path behind the ship. Using the other Leader to guide the White Pikmin onto a small peninsula, and dismissing them on the tip allows the White Pikmin to detect an entirely buried item and start digging it up. Blue Pikmin are needed to carry it through the water. The White Pikmin can be returned to the ship by throwing them back over. There are Water Dumples and Yellow Wollyhops that attack Pikmin along the way.
