Nutrient Silo

The Nutrient Silo is a treasure in Pikmin 2, part of the Massive Receptacle Series. In the original Nintendo GameCube version, the Nutrient Silo is actually a jar of Skippy peanut butter. In the Nintendo Switch version, the Nutrient Silo is replaced by a fictional brand of Ribbon's Peanut Butter, likely due to copyright issues.

Appearance

Pikmin 2

In North American releases, the Nutrient Silo is located in sublevel 6 of Hole of Heroes, which is surrounded with water and aquatic enemies, and appears in one of the corners. Blue Pikmin must be used to defeat all of the Wollyhops and other enemies to ensure a safe retrieval of the Nutrient Silo.

In PAL releases, the Nutrient Silo is found on sublevel 1 of the White Flower Garden, on one of the edges. The only enemies encountered here are Male Sheargrubs and Female Sheargrubs.
