Growshroom

The Growshroom (ソダチノタケ) is a treasure in Pikmin 2, part of the Nature's Candy Series. It is actually large mushroom.

The Growshroom's name references the effects of a Super Mushroom in the Mario franchise, where touching a Super Mushroom causes a character to grow in size. Both Olimar's Journal and the Sales Pitch even state that the Growshroom can cause its user to grow. The Growshroom has an entirely different appearance from Super Mushrooms, and they are not the same subject.

The Growshroom is located in the Cavern of Chaos, on the sixth and lowest sublevel. Part of the Growshroom is buried in the ground, so White Pikmin have to dig it out first.
