An unnamed anthropomorphic frog is a frogtor that works in the Administration.
History
Hurry, Call a Doctor!
After escaping from multiple Administration Agents, Alfonzo Frohicky accidentally fell in the Administration's ventilation system and found his way in the Frogtor's surgery. There the Frogtor was able to heal Frohicky's injury with the use of amphibious dragon balm. Astonished by his work, Mr. Frohicky brought the Frogtor to the Monastery of Spinjitzu's dragon stables to heal Wyldfyre's leg injury, but the Frogtor wasn't able to help her due to him not being used to healing human injuries, requesting Frohicky and Kai to be brought back to the Administration.
