Summary
As Sinbad and Alibaba duel, Arba thinks to herself how the fight is pointless and recalls Alibaba's words. In the fight, Sinbad remarks how Alibaba is like Aladdin and that they weren't meant to understand each other. Then, Alibaba replies he will fight destiny and will not anyone to return to the Rukh. Alibaba asks Sinbad if he's running away and pretending to understand instead discussing with them. Sinbad argues this battle's purpose is to release them from destiny due to the possibility of gods above Il Illah such as Ugo who easily defeated Il Illah.
Sinbad then reminds Alibaba about the tragedy of Alma Torran where the people under their own free will started to lose their lives. Despite their efforts to protect their families, it's useless when everything's is in someone's else hands, destiny. The magicians of Alma Torran destroy the world in the process of denying destiny. Sinbad claims Ugo is afraid and that he wouldn't reform the world during his rule. As a result, a sense of emptiness is created from the vertical hierarchy that controls destiny. In summary, Sinbad's destiny is to destroy destiny. Alibaba states he does understand Sinbad as his actions are to protect everyone and summarizes his efforts as a battle for a revolution to protect everyone from destiny. Alibaba claims Sinbad hasn't changed at all when he helped them in Balbadd.
Then, Alibaba asks Sinbad which of the two reasons he is fighting for. He then asks if he forgotten himself for the sake of his great cause to protect everyone. Sinbad recalls his conversations with Aladdin how humans grew to love the things they built which ironically cause wars to start. Sinbad states he had stop clinging to a great cause when entering the Sacred Palace, but he couldn't leave his loved ones. Sinbad asks Alibaba what he will do and whether he believes the world Solomon created is fine. He remarks how the emptiness was created by destiny with his heart broken over the loss of his comrades. In response to Sinbad's questions, Alibaba states his previous answer was to live life to the fullest without worrying about the future. Now, he has a different plan due to coming back to life once and remarks he is different than Sinbad and Aladdin.
