Summary
Alibaba is able to have Barkak set up the Kou Imperial trading outlet post. He heads off to Magnostadt. He recalls the city was in ruins due to the war with Reim Empire and the Medium. Observing the happy lives around him in the city, Alibaba seeks Yamraiha who is the Chancellor of Magnostadt Academy. He asks her about the changes to the city and why it is not as flashy as Parthevia. Yamraiha explains they stopped using magic tools to run the city which led to the downfall of the city. Now, every thing is done with urban planning and people are free to choose their occupations. She recalls everyone remembering Matal's words about how magicians are not the only ones guiding them on the right path.
When Alibaba mentions Kou Empire's teleportation magic and how anyone can use it, Yamraiha is stunned at how powerful this Magic Tool is in revolutionizing trade. She agrees to let an outpost open and asks Alibaba if she can join them on a joint project to study teleportation magic in improving it even further.
Then Alibaba asks Yamraiha if she knows about Aladdin's whereabouts. Yamraiha responds she does not know. It indicates to Alibaba that Aladdin's disappearance is mysterious. Despite Yamraiha being scared by Kou Empire's teleportation magic, she helps Alibaba by calling up Sharrkan who teases her about being single.
Arriving in Heliohapt Kingdom, Alibaba is overwhelmed by his master who is now the king.
