Summary
Arba proposes to Sinbad to use the Metal Vessels to forcibly open a path to the Sacred Palace since she and Al-Thamen have exhausted their Magoi during the fight with Aladdin. Sinbad shares doubts about him being a Singularity. Arba reassures Sinbad that he is one because he can hear David's voice. She states if Sinbad can reach the Sacred Palace, Sinbad can become ruler of the Rukh and be able to rewrite destiny. She urges Sinbad to act now since countries might leave the International Alliance.
Later, Ja'far meets with Sinbad and asks him to apologize to Kougyoku in order to persuade her from leaving the International Alliance. He states that if Kou and Reim join forces, then all the things Sinbad has achieved would be useless. However, Sinbad decides to leave everything in Ja'far's hands. Ja'far yells at Sinbad to not abandon the present. Sinbad tells Ja'far that he is right, and the two smile together.
However, a moment later, Sinbad goes against Ja'far's wishes and accompanies Arba to the Sacred Palace.
