Summary
Alibaba converses with Sharrkan while learning about his master's cultural customs, such as why they wrap their bodies with snakes and how Heliohapt women do not wear anything, exposing their bare chests. Sharrkan apologizes to Alibaba for his misleading words about not returning to the homeland. He further explains in addition to personal reasons, Heliohapt's internal turmoil died down while Sindria had forged an alliance with other nations for world peace. In order to find out what happened during those three years, Alibaba asks Sharrkan if anything strange happened to Sinbad. Sharrkan replies Sinbad had said something strange about how they should not live and be down to trivial things called "nations."
Sharrkan states he loves his home country and Sindria, too. He is grateful for Sinbad who had changed the world to a peaceful one. He approves Alibaba and Koumei's plans to open a Kou Empire trading outlet. When he learns Alibaba will head to Reim Empire, he calls Masrur.
In Reim Empire, Alibaba runs into Masrur, who has four children and two wives and has become a member of the Fanalis Corps. With Masrur giving him advice, Alibaba meets Titus and his advisors.
