Greco

Greco was a man hired by Piero de' Medici to kidnap his son, Lorenzo de' Medici so that he could blame the crime on Milan. The plan went awry, however, when Lorenzo escaped and got kidnapped again by Moretti.

Biography

Greco was paid by Piero to infiltrate the masked ball at the Medici Palace and kidnap his son, Lorenzo de' Medici, and his fiance, Angelica Visconti. The plan began to go wrong however when Greco took Lisa Gherardini, who was wearing an identical dress to Angelica. He took Lisa and Lorenzo to the Via Trento where he told Lorenzo he was going to kill him. Lisa then helped Lorenzo escape, leaving Greco furious. Greco then saw Lorenzo get kidnapped by another crook, Moretti. Placidi then took him back to the palace at gunpoint. He tried to explain what happened to Piero but he was furious at his failure and accused him of trying to double cross him. However, when Leonardo da Vinci brought Lorenzo back to the palace, Greco carried out his orders as planned and claimed that he'd been sent by the Duke of Milan to stop the wedding and prevent an alliance between Florence and Pisa. As Piero and Placidi walked him out the palace, under the agreement they'd let him go free, Piero and Placidi's behaviour implied that Greco would be killed, having served his purpose. (The Betrothal Ball)

Personality

Greco was threatening but scared of Piero de' Medici. He was inept and incapable to fulfilling his instructions.
