Mrs. Danpas (ダンパス夫人, Danpasu fujin) is a minor character in Legend of Legaia. She is the wife of Danpas, a man people in Vidna consider a laughing stock for his paranoia about the Mist invading town.
Appearance
Mrs. Danpas has hazel eyes and long blonde hair that's tied in a ponytail in the back but let out in the front. She wears a purple and white house dress with gold trim in the front.
Personality
Mrs. Danpas is a kind woman who is fiercely loyal to her husband. She is confident in her looks, as she will suggest having her picture taken with the Camera Stone and seem disappointed if the offer is turned down.
Story
Legend of Legaia
- "This shelter saved a lot of people in Vidna from the Mist. My husband, Danpas, he built the shelter, but later on... he went outside to look for people who didn't make it, and never came back! It's just not fair."

Mrs. Danpas is found inside her kitchen at the back end of Vidna. If she is spoken to, she recognizes that Vahn and his party are strangers to town and asks if they wish to see her husband, Danpas. She will point them to the underground shelter built by her husband in their basement as a precautionary measure in case the Mist ever invaded Vidna. Despite the townspeople criticizing Danpas for being a worrywart, she supports him even though she has to endure mockery as well.
When the Mist finally invades Vidna after Xain freezes the lava underground, causing the town's Windmills that double as giant fans to stop blowing away the Mist, she allows those seeking refuge to use the underground shelter that they mocked her husband for building. She expresses her sorrow at the unfairness of her husband being lost in the Mist when he was the only one with the foresight to build a shelter for this scenario. Fortunately for her, Danpas survives the Mist thanks to a Chicken Heart becoming stuck to him outside, which made it easier for him to escape from the Seru monsters. Once he returns, Mrs. Danpas goes back to her sunny disposition.
