Phylleia (フェリア^?) is a skilled and resourceful warrioress who leads the Balta Seaforce's Third Flotilla and makes up half of the Peerless Pair alongside Warchief Gunnar.

She plays an active role in the Seaforce as one of Jarl Grimson's right hands and helps keep an eye on his only daughter, Karja.

It seems she was not born as a Norman, but, due to personal circumstances, came to join the Balta Seaforce of her own volition.

Appearance

Phylleia is a young woman with green eyes and cerise hair tied in a ponytail. She can be seen wearing an orange and teal knot-front shirt over a black tube top. Phylleia wears a stylish choker and necklace, fingerless gloves, hoop earrings, and shorts fastened with a belt. She also wears garter straps holding up tattered thigh highs, layered over teal thigh highs. Completing her look, she opts for casual sandals.

Phylleia 【Balta Navy Twin Blade】 The woman who shares the title of "Twin Blade" along with Gunnar. She is resourceful and proactive and one of Grimson's right-hand people, commanding the third fleet of the Balta Navy. Truth and reconciliation She joins the Balta Navy in order to save her family's Rusveri Inn. When this is revealed, she gets to reconcile with Rosalind. Despite being enemies Even though they are considered enemies now, her feelings toward Karja and her family never change. Phylleia displays this in her own way.
