Gulliver Isou

Gulliver Isou (ガリバー・イズー^?) is the leader of Carnac's Neighbourhood watch who maintains law and order in town. He is usually trapped between the dilemma between the townsfolk and Balta Navy, but he tries his best to keep the town safe.

Pride of the neighbourhood watch 'Protect the town at all cost', he works together with Sandras's crew to pin down the enemy fleet, displaying his persistence and pride as the leader of the neighbourhood watch.
