Ashley (アシュレー^?) is an innocent-looking boy who lives on his own in Carnac.

He doesn't think very highly of the residents and is always in a foul mood when spoken to, often badmouthing the town. He is, however, more fascinated by marine life than most, even asking for help in surveying the various creatures that live around Obelia Gulf.
