Natsuki's Papa (なつきのパパ Natsuki no Papa), known simply as "Papa" ("Daddy" in the Kodansha USA Omnibus release), is the father of Shiraishi, and the ex-sugar daddy of Natsuki Mogi.
His full face is never shown, often being obscured or shadowed.
He drives a Mercedes-Benz (a W201 190E in the Manga, a E-Class W210 in the Anime, and an S-Class W220 and W140 in the 2005 Movie).
Biography
Past
At some point, he became engaged in compensated dating with Natsuki Mogi, a friend and classmate of his daughter. It's unknown if he was aware that the pair were friends. While their relationship was originally just dating, it eventually grew to be sexual. Around the time Natsuki began speaking with her old friend Takumi Fujiwara again, he had been paying her 100,000 yen per meeting.

He picks Natsuki up after school to take her to a hotel. She talks with him about money, and asks him if she's really worth what he pays her, but he reassures her that she is to him.
A few days later, the pair meet again, and he asks her why she's so happy. She tells him that she's going to the beach with a friend. He offers to buy her a new swimsuit, which she declines, but he says he'd still like to see her in one.
Emperor
Some time later, the two of them spend the night at a hotel. As they go to leave, Natsuki tells him that she doesn't want to meet with him anymore, as she's in love with someone else. He doesn't understand why she wants to break it off, and she tells him that she wants more out of a relationship than just sex. When he drops her off, he asks to meet one last time, just to talk.
The two meet at a love hotel. Unbeknownst to either of them, they are seen leaving by Takumi. They presumably don't see each other again.
Relationships
His daughter. She informed Takumi about Mogi and her father's relationship.
The two were engaged in an enjo kōsai relationship for an unknown period of time, with him paying Mogi to spend time and be intimate with him. She ended her relationship in order to pursue Takumi Fujiwara.

- His surname is likely Shiraishi, as we only know his daughter by her surname.
