Satake is a member of Emperor. He was sent to scout Usui Pass alongside Ren Nogami.
History
He and Ren Nogami were sent by Kyoichi to check out the course in Usui. He challenged Mako and Sayuki after meeting them. Ren initially suggested Satake to not battle with them as they were just there to scout the area and not to battle them, but Satake insisted a small battle with these female drivers would mean nothing as he hoped an easy victory. He was able to keep up with Impact Blue until he entered the C-121 corner the same speed as that of Mako, causing him to understeer due to loss in front wheel traction and his brakes being worn out, and spun out after hitting the guardrail. Ren soon meets up with Satake on the site of crash, to which Satake responds to not to tell Kyoichi about this battle.
He later watches Kai Kogashiwa's battle against Takumi Fujiwara along with the other members of Emperor spectating them.
