Biography
Background
Not much is known about Rae's past. However, it was mentioned that she grew up in a small quiet town, where she discovered her ability to shrink as a child. After this revelation, her parents prevented her from having a normal childhood, instead pushing her to train to become a superheroine. In time, she adopted the identity of Shrinking Rae. However, according to Rachael, most of her heroic deeds were minor, as there was only one true supervillain within a 200-mile radius of her home.

- Her comic counterpart was a male. The creators decided to gender-swap him because of the lack of female superheroes in the show.
