Lord encountered Jenny in Company when they are on their way to find 
Sione on Wanderer's Village. Jenny was apparently brainwashed to be an administrator and she somehow mistakenly took 
Chris as one of the administrators. Being bored and all, she was glad that everyone is violating the Migration Prohibition Order so that she can fight them and entertain herself.
