Praeva is an enemy character from TearRing Saga: Utna Heroes Saga. He is a general of Canaan serving under Shion, who he blames for his army's casualties on Il Island. He also claims that Shion holds his leadership position solely because of his relation to Theodora. Despite his breach of military conduct, he managed to keep his position because of Karla's influence.
