Couchpo (カウチポ Kauchipo?), real name Chloé Françoise Ai (クロエ・フランソワーズ・愛 Kuroe Furansowāzu Ai?), is a B-Cuber who was abducted together with Rebecca Bluegarden. She runs the food-centric Mogumogu Channel on B-Cube where her content revolves around eating.
Appearance
Personality
Couchpo is known for eating anything that looks remotely edible, including the foam bubbles used to dissolve her clothes. However, she is a nice person befriended by Rebecca.
She loves food so much that she threateningly asks Jinn and Laguna in a possessive manner if the war is more dangerous than taking the food away from her even after Jinn warned her that staying in the Edens Zero is no safe place for civilians like herself.[4]
Synopsis
Guilst arc
Couchpo is one of several B-Cubers who has been kidnapped by Rogue Out and transported on a spaceship heading towards the planet Guilst.[5] Mosco Versa-0 was the one who captured Couchpo due to his infatuation with her as Ganoff noted.
Digitalis arc
Belial Gore arc
Rebecca called in Couchpo for information regarding Labilia Christy as Drakken Joe's captive. Couchpo revealed that she had not seen Labilia in a while and mentioned to Rebecca that Labilia's B-Cube channel was demonetized for malicious content and won't get any more ads after a change in its website policies this month. Rebecca thanks Couchpo for telling her and hangs up, leaving Couchpo confused.[6]
Foresta arc
After Shiki and his friends took down a hostile robot non-lethally, Couchpo appears and tells them to come with her. At the safehouse, Couchpo reveals to the Crew of Edens that she came to Foresta in the Aoi Cosmos to do her restaurant review where everything was going fine until a week ago when the machines on the Verdant Planet went crazy and turned on the humans. She managed to escape with the food but all the return flights have been canceled, stating that it sucks except the cuisine. While eating, Couchpo comments that she went to the town for more food and is surprised to run into Rebecca and her friends.[7]
When Homura asks her about what happened a week ago, Couchpo explains that somebody hacked everything from televisions to the Internet, and a skull-faced robot, whom the crew identified him to be Ziggy, appeared on every screen before the humans and machines of Foresta. She does not remember the details exactly but she heard that the perpetrator said something like "... Robots will rule over humans.", shocking Shiki. Couchpo also stated that Ziggy said he will start with this planet and then the machines started attacking the humans, causing a huge panic. Couchpo said after that, the machines of Foresta have captured or killed all the humans and have completely taken over the Verdant Planet.[8]
Couchpo asks Shiki if he is a little hungry after he made a heated demand if Ziggy is on Foresta. She explains that she does not know and states that the perpetrator did not have to be on a planet to hack its systems.[9]
Suddenly, a large hostile battle droid barged into the safe house to attack the humans and identified Couchpo as the food thief, which she takes offense to that remark as rude and states that she paid for this food.[10]
While eating in the Edens Kitchen, she feels the intense gravity caused by a robot.[11]
