Ganoff (ガノフ Ganofu?) is a mercenary from the team Rogue Out tasked with abducting B-Cubers on Planet Blue Garden.

Personality
Ganoff is a cruel sadistic alien mercenary who takes pleasure in his occupation and torturing his captives under Digital Bind although he seemed to draw the line when Rebecca apparently showed pleasure instead of pain from his torture.
He his also Ill-tempered, hot headed, and gets angry very easy when he don't gets his payment, and he his very agressive wint every enemy that he conuters especialy Shiki.
Synopsis
Guilst arc
After capturing 29 B-Cubers on Blue Garden, Ganoff introduced himself, Jinn and Mosco as Rogue Out and they are heading for Guilst to be sold off to Illega much to the captives' shock and horror.
Ganoff threatens Copa for crying and tells her to shut up but Rebecca stood up to him in her defense. Deciding to make an example out of her, Ganoff used the control on Rebecca's Digital Bind and torture her in front of the B-Cubers. He and the captives were stunned to see Rebecca taking pleasure than pain from the torture before Jinn took the control away and told Ganoff to not damage the goods when they arrive at Guilst.
At Illega Tower, Ganoff demanded the payment from Illega only to be told that due to capturing 29 B-Cubers instead 30, Rogue Out will not get payment as promised much his irritation.
When news of Chronophage heading its way to Guilst, Ganoff decided to bail out and escape the doomed planet. Ganoff tries to tell Jinn to leave too but then left after seeing he had a score to settle with the Fake Sister who deceived Jinn and used them as her human shields earlier.
Powers and Abilities
Skilled Marksmanship: He demonstrates a degree of skill with a rapid-fire assault rifle.[1]

Assault Rifle: Ganoff wielded an assault rifle as his primary weapon which he could fire rapidly.[1]
Digital Bind (デジタルバインド Dejitaru Baindo): Ganoff used multiple sets of restraints which he could control remotely to restrict and torture his prisoners.[2]
