1. Lately, I've been working hard to improve my art. When the series first started, I came up with a new art style. It's evolved over time, but I still think there's room for improvement. For instance, in chapter 194, I changed my technique to parallel the passage of time and changing situation (in the story). But it's not enough. Why? Because I want the readers who already love this series to love it even more. That's why I'm putting in the effort so that this series can continue even longer and receive more love.

2. When working on designs, I consider the cool factor, function, and style, but I also try to imbue a sense of the characters' thoughts and emotions. For example, when Suika sets out on her solo adventure, I tried to imagine what she would be thinking and feeling while designing her outfit. Look at the famous formula on both Senku's outfit and Suika's. She's less familiar with that concept, so when she drew it on her clothes, the formula looked less like writing and more like art. The elements are all rounded, with simple curves. Meanwhile, that formula is permanently embedded in Senku's soul. That version represents who he really is on the inside.
