The Professor is a recurring humanoid class in the Disgaea series first introduced in Makai Kingdom, then in Disgaea in Disgaea 4: A Promise Unforgotten.

They appear like female scholars with a striped shirt and a long coat.
Characteristics
Professors are demons who have taken an interest in human science and technology and are now studying in the field of Netherscience. Though the profession is rare at the moment, Netherscience is a constantly expanding field with many unproven areas. Professors are eternal searchers of truth, making them comrades with the Magic Knights. They are actually quite skilled in the art of modifying the abilities of others.

Disgaea 4: A Promise Unforgotten

Professors made their first appearance in the Disgaea series in Disgaea 4, and are unlocked by having a level 20 Cleric and Onmyo Monk.
Disgaea 5: Alliance of Vengeance

The Professor returns in Disgaea 5, where she can be unlocked by having a Gunner and Maid both at rank 2, then completing the associated quest.
