Tower is a large water tower who is based at the Dream Fleet Rail Yard. She oversees all operations for the Dream Fleet Rail Co.
Personality
Based on the turntable of the Dream Fleet Rail Company yards, Tower oversees all the activity in the depot where her trains rush in and out. Tower is gentle with her team, but will not hesitate to say if anyone is out of line and will get frustrated with problems or annoyances that may cause chaos for her. But she’s a tower of her word and an efficient leader through and through.

Tower is based on various water towers from the US that were made during the 1920s.
She is painted tan with a green roof.
