Team Tennyson go on a tour of the new Biggie Box Candy Store, but when Toothache breaks out and kidnaps the owner, Mr. Biggie, it is up to Ben to stop the monstrous dentist and save the candy man and his wondrous candy store.[ATV 1]
Plot
Outside of Mr. Biggie's Candy World Wonderland Emporium, Max implores his grandchildren to enter. Ben and Gwen happily comply, but soon find the products on offer to taste bad. The clerk is apathetic to their situation, but tells them they can see Mr. Biggie in the factory. They enter the back of the store, only to be disappointed by the setup. Mr. Biggie appears before them, even more gloomy than the clerk. He assumes they're the afternoon tour group, and takes them through the factory. Ben is excited for the tour, but quickly has his hopes of a candy-themed factory dashed by Mr. Biggie. Max deduces that Mr. Biggie is experiencing burnout, and Ben decides the only solution is to try all the candy in the factory. Eventually, he suffers from a stomachache.
Gwen points out he shouldn't eat so much candy, but that just gives Ben the idea to transform into Cannonbolt. She returns to Max and Mr. Biggie, the former showing the latter vacation photos. They resume the tour, but Gwen notices a machine being torn up when she's not looking at it. She asks Mr. Biggie why his candy is worse, and he cracks, admitting his heart isn't in it anymore. Gwen tries to reignite his passion, but they are interrupted by loud crash. From the shadows emerges Dr. Pang in his Toothache form. He starts wrecking the place, but is confronted by Cannonbolt, noticeably tubbier than before. He times out, however, and his stomachache resumes. The four run away from Toothache, and Max puts together that he's making the candy taste weird.
Ben promises Mr. Biggie he'll stop Toothache, and transforms into Heatblast. He attempts to fight Toothache, but misses his attacks as the monster captures Mr. Biggie. Toothache traps Team Tennyson underneath a mound of teeth and makes an escape. Heatblast tries to burn through the teeth, but times out once more. Meanwhile, Toothache drops Mr. Biggie before his sour balls, and demands he stop making candy. To Toothache's surprise, Mr. Biggie is very receptive to the idea, tired of making candy. Ben, meanwhile, gets Gwen to activate the Omnitrix for him, transforming him into Omni-Kix Four Arms.
Omni-Kix Four Arms bursts through the floor and swiftly punches Toothache. Toothache fights back, easily gaining the upper hand. Omni-Kix Four Arms falls into a drum of sour candy juice, and spreads it on his hands to combat Toothache. Just as he's about to punch him once more, Mr. Biggie stops the fight. He explains to him their shared hatred of candy, and how he plans to close down the candy store in favor of creating a healthy snack company. Much to Omni-Kix Four Arms' disappointment, he mounts Toothache, and they jump out of the building. Gwen and Max catch up to Omni-Kix Four Arms, who times out. Ben mourns his loss of candy.
Clerk: The candy tastes funny? Are you sure it wasn't because your kids were rolling around in it? Max: Mm, no, it's all weird. Try it.

When Kelly Turnbull received the outline for this episode, which was intended to be a Charlie and the Chocolate Factory parody, the legal team gave the instruction that it couldn't be a Charlie and the Chocolate Factory parody. As a result, the episode had to be reworked.[KT 1]
