Earth-92 was one of the many universes in the original multiverse.
History
During the Anti-Monitor Crisis, Mia Smoak used the Waverider to find a Lazarus Pit amongst the remaining Earths of the multiverse. During her search, the Earth of Earth-92 was shown in the ship's database, alongside the Earths of Earth-3, Earth-33, and Earth-67.[1]

Behind the scenes
- During pre-production, the universe temporarily referred to as "Earth-92", acted as the setting of the Batman animated series which starred Kevin Conroy; it's role was later shifted to, or taken by Earth-99.[2]
