New Rules

New Rules is the fourth mini album by Weki Meki. It was released on October 8, 2020. The album is composed of 5 songs, including the title track "Cool", and its English version "100 Facts".

Background and Release

On September 21, 2020, it was announced that Weki Meki would be having a comeback with a mini album titled "New Rules", set for October 8 release.[1] The release scheduler for the album was posted 2 days later, on September 23rd.[2]

It was also revealed that the physical album would come in two versions: "Take" and "Break".[3] In the following days, Fantagio posted the concept photos for the "Break"[4][5][6][7][8] and for the "Take"[9][10][11][12][13] version.

Highlight medley was posted on September 30th.[14] The first music video teaser was posted on October 4th[15], and the second on October 6th[16].

The album was officially released on October 8.[17] The group gave an exclusive interview to Soompi.[18] Weki Meki promoted the title track on music shows, starting with M Countdown on the day of the release.
