#CH420 was a special live band cover project by Weki Meki's Suyeon, recorded for the group's official YouTube channel. The 4.20 in the project's name represents her birth date.

History

On August 1, 2020, Suyeon's cover of "Just Wanna Love You" by Kwon Jin Ah was posted on the Weki Meki's official YouTube channel.[1] The video was filmed in CCTV format in a small studio space.

The next cover was "Sweet Chaos" by DAY6, and it was posted on September 3, 2020.[2] This video was filmed in the same format.

On October 19, 2020, Suyeon's cover of "Mafia" by Cloud was posted.[3] On December 25, 2020, Suyeon's cover of "What I Want For Christmas" by EXO was posted.[4] On February 11, 2021, Suyeon's cover of "Lovesick Girls" by Blackpink was posted[5], followed by the cover of "You Already Have" by Kwon Jin Ah on May 4.[6]

On July 15, 2021, Suyeon's cover of "Fallin'" by the American boy band Why Don't We was posted.[7]

After this, Suyeon announced that the next cover is going to have a different, upgraded format.

On September 7, 2021, Suyeon was joined by Kim Doyeon for a cover of "Fly Away" by Kwon Jin Ah.[8] This marks the third time Suyeon has covered Kwon Jin Ah's song since the project started. Just a few days later, on September 15, a cover of Taeyeon's "Something New" by Suyeon and Doyeon was posted.[9]

On March 3, 2022, Suyeon's cover of "Pretender" by a Japanese band Official Hige Dandism was posted.[10]

On April 20, 2022, a short video of Suyeon singing "Unconditional Love" by Park Sang-cheol was posted.[11]

On June 23, 2022, Suyeon released her cover of "Can't Control Myself" by Taeyeon.[12]

On December 7, 2022, a cover of Nan Chun by Se So Neon was posted.[13]

On December 24, 2022, Suyeon's cover of "Courtship" by Sunwoo JungA was released.[14]

On May 26, 2023, a cover of "Time of Our Life" by DAY6 was released.[15]

On July 21, 2023, Suyeon's cover of "Lemon" by Kenshi Yonezu was released.[16]
