The Ghoul King is the main antagonist of the Nintendo 64 version of the 2000 Scooby-Doo! video game Scooby-Doo! Classic Creep Capers. He was the disguise of an international criminal mastermind by the name of Rex Necros who plotted illegal acts that were foiled by Scooby-Doo and his friends.
Appearance
Rex Necros' disguise as the Ghoul King takes the shape of a skeletal monarch with a gold crown and a gray hair, wearing a purple robe with a red sash on it.
Biography
The Ghoul King was the disguise of a man named Rex Necros, an international who used it to terrify Scooby-Doo and the gang after they ruined his plans in the first three levels of Scooby-Doo! Classic Creep Capers.
Apparently When Scooby-Doo and the gang caught the Phantom Hawaiian Witch Doctor, the Black Knight, and the Snow Ghost, they stumbled onto the case of someone named R. Necros.
After kidnapping the gang and taking them to an abandoned castle, Shaggy Rogers and Scooby-Doo escaped and found the other members, who set a trap for their captor.
In the end, the gang solves the mystery and Necros was arrested.
