Agent 1


Agent 1 is a major antagonist to Shaggy and Scooby-Doo get a Clue!. He works for Dr. Phibes and is partner with Agent 2.

Appearence

Agent 1 is fairly tall and thin man. He has brown hair and balding. Like most agents, he is wearing grey jumpsuit and black goggles, but with his number one patch on his left chest.

In his civilian attire, he is wearing black polo shirt, blue pants, and gray shoes.

Personality

Agent 1 is known to be no nonsense agent and takes Dr. Phibes’ orders seriously. Much like his boss, he hates Shaggy and Scooby-Doo. He can easily annoyed at Agent 2’s antics even more so than Dr. Phibes that he slaps Agent 2 either from his boss' order or himself. Agent 1 can be pretty flatter by Dr. Phibes for being a loyal agent. However, he is not above giving praise to Albert Shaggleford for being an undercover spy as Dr. Trebla for the past two years.

Synopsis

He and Agent 2 arrived at Uncle Albert's mansion and saw Shaggy and Scooby-Doo. They were ordered by Dr. Phibes to kidnap them for the information on nano tech formula. Despite their mishap and obstacles, they managed to get the dog and the hippy boy and take them to the submarine. However, the dog and the hippy boy managed to escape with the invisible power Scooby snacks cause everyone including Agent 1 to believe that there was a ghost in the sub.

In High Society Scooby, he and Agent 2 were on a mission to capture three of the best scientist in the world for Dr. Phibes during the gala event. However, their mission to abduct the scientist failed thanks to Shaggy and Scooby-Doo. As a result of their failed mission, they were to be sent in a giant hamster cage, where they were to deal with a lion.

In Lightning Strike Twice, Agent 1 listened about Dr. Phibes' plan to have the entire planet earth to be struck by lightning as well as Phibes' past of a failed experiment that caused him to be struck by lightning anytime regardless of the weather.

In Almost Ghost, he and Agent 2 became invisible, so they can infiltrate the government facility to steal the disintegrator ray for Dr. Phibes, but they were foiled by the Mystery Inc.

In Pole to Pole, Agent 1 and 2 were sent to participate in the race to the north pole, so they can use the EMP device to turn off all the electricity all over the over the world except Dr. Phibes' base. However, Shaggy and Scooby Doo managed to stop them and stop the back up plan Phibes made.

In Big Trouble, he is seen assisting Dr. Phibes to be connected to the giant robot, so the scientist can be powerful, immortal, and devilishly handsome.

In Shaggy and Scooby World, he and Agent 2 are assigned to placing the chips on all over the Shaggy and Scooby World amusement park rides, so Dr. Phibes can hijack those rides to cause mayhem and endanger the people ridding on it, despite the blunder caused by the dog and the hippy boy unintentionally. However, Shaggy and Scooby-Doo manage to stop Dr. Phibes' plan and rides are back to normal.

In Almost Purr-fect, Agent 1 along with Agent 2 and Dr. Phibes infiltrate Shaggy and Scooby's mansion to acquired the key component to complete the nano tech formula as well as reversing the effect of Dr. Phibes' transformation as a cat.

In Zoinkman, Agent 1 is present with Dr. Phibes' plan to turn the world into the nuclear winter by using explosives in the volcano island. Agent 1 is the only agent who is taking his job seriously while the rest of the agents are playing shadow puppets. Agent 1 along with rest of the agents run away after seeing an island monster that is terrorizing, who is actually Zoinkman suit disguised as a island monster.

In Crusin' for a Brusin', he along with Dr. Phibes and Agent 2 are going on a cruise trip after the scientist had problems to deal with Shaggy and Scooby-Doo. However, they encounter their enemy and agreed to make a truce to never interfere during the trip. However, Dr. Phibes had his fingers crossed, and ordered them to eliminate them, but they failed.

In Is There a Doctor in the House, Agent 1 is now working for Evil Phibes after the original got kicked out of the organization. He and Agent 2 are order to eliminate the original to prevent anyone from stopping the doomsday weapon. After Evil Phibes' plan is foiled by Shaggy and Scooby-Doo, Agent 1 is now working for the original once again and was ordered to eliminate the dog and the hippy boy.

In the Super Scary Movie Night, he was sent by Dr. Phibes to deliver the DVD to Shaggy and Scooby-Doo's home, to test run the device that allow monsters to literally come out of the television. He and Agent 2 went to retrieve the DVD after learning from the techies that they cannot mass produce it, so Dr. Phibes can use it to rule the world. Shaggy and Scooby-Doo manage to foil their plans.

In Runaway Robi, he and Agent 2 appeared at a Tough Guyz bar in their civilian clothes. They notice Robi, who runaway after being a failure to Shaggy and Scooby-Doo. He reports to Dr. Phibes about the robot, and the scientist demands to bring him in. After Agent 1 and 2 abduct Robi, They lied about to the robot about Dr. Phibes wanting to be good, by tell him to be on the mind probing device. However, Shaggy and Scooby-Doo manage to foils their plan, and Agent 1 sees Agent 2 and Dr. Phibes' minds switch in different bodies.

In Don't Get a Big Head, after their heist was foiled by Shaggy and Scooby-Doo, Agent 1 witness Dr. Phibes using the nanotech formula to turn himself into the smartest man. Dr. Phibes has a plan to use the stupid to turn everyone in the world stupid. However, Agent 2 accidently turned on the gas that turned all the agents including Agent 1 stupid.

In Scooby Dudes, he and Agent 2 went in the Texas-Oklahoma-Arkansas tri-state fair to release the genetically enhanced super animals to test run the experiment before they release the super bull. Also, they encounter Shaggy and Scooby-Doo and tried to stop them. However, Shaggy and Scooby-Doo foiled their plans.

In Zoink the Wonder Dog, Agent 1 is present watching Dr. Phibes' plan to using robots of Shaggy and Scooby-Doo's respective past friends, Zoink and Groovy Don, to turn against each other and then eliminate them. However, Shaggy and Scooby manage to make up after learning about the trap and foiled Dr. Phibes' plan with the laser from the robots that attacks Dr. Phibes and everyone in the lair.

In the series finale, Uncle Albert Alert, Agent 1 was informed from Dr. Phibes that there is an informant among Dr. Phibes' organization. Dr. Phibes tells him along with Agent 2, Techies, and Dr. Trebla why he believes not to be snitches as Agent 1 is loyal, which make him blush. When Shaggy and Scooby-Doo infiltrate Dr. Phibes' lair, the scientist orders Agent 1 and 2 to follow them to find out, who is the informant. During the investgation, Agent 1 is annoyed at Agent 2 for being accused as an informant. Also, they had several mishaps following them that they return to Dr. Phibes about it. When Shaggy and Scooby entered in Phibes' room to deliver peanut butter sandwich. Dr. Phibes orders to lock up the room, and threaten to reveal the identity of the informant. Shaggy and Scooby told Dr. Phibes that it was Agent 1 and 2 and the techies. When Dr. Phibes demand Dr. Trebla to eliminate them only for Dr. Trebla to betray him and reveal his true identity as Albert Shaggleford. Agent 1 along with the others are impressed at Albert Shaggleford for being an undercover spy for the past two yeasr. Dr. Phibes set the lair to self-destruct and used an escape pod to leave causing Agent 1 begging to let him escape along but to no avail. Scooby-Doo manages to get all the agents out of the lair with Agent 1 and 2 being the last agents to be rescued thanks to the hyper speed Scooby Snack, given by Albert Shaggleford.
