Charla is a supporting antagonist in Black Clover, and a member of the Elf Tribe, who was summoned by Patolli to be reincarnated into Charlotte Roselei's body.
She served as a supporting antagonist in of Reincarnation Arc, particularly the first three quarters, but became a supporting character in the final quarter after allying herself with Yami Sukehiro to fight against Zagred.
Like Charlotte Roselei, Charla was voiced by Yu Kobayashi in Japanese version, and by Colleen Clinkenbeard in English version.
Personality
Like all the other elves, Charla hated humanity and looked down at them, but she dearly cared about her brother, Lufulu. Even so, after fighting alongside Yami Sukehiro, she complimented his efforts and finally saw human with a better view before her departure towards afterlife.
Unlike Charlotte, Charla was much more straightforward when she revealed her new view and acknowledgement towards Yami.

Magic
- Briar Magic: Like Charlotte, Charla used the Briar Magic to summon briars with roses to attack, but it was much more potent because of the nullification upon Roselei Family's curse after Charla was reincarnated into Charlotte's body. As such, her roses were shown as red instead of blue.
