Residents
The residents of the Mad City are the Mads ｢複製, maddo, lit. "Duplicate"｣, copies of the Originals ｢本物, orijinaru, lit. "Genuine"｣, the residents of Tempest. They resemble the originals though some can take on different appearances or have different personalities.
