Hyuga ｢日向｢ヒュウガ｣, hyūga, lit. "Facing the Sun"｣ was a character appearing in the mobile game, That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime: ISEKAI Memories she is a copy of Hinata Sakaguchi created by Izis.

Appearance

Hyuga looks identical to Hinata Sakaguchi with the exception of her hair that has white streaks in it, her eyes are red and her armor and clothing which is black and red with a light blue gemstone on it.

Personality

Hyuga saw Izis as her mother and wished to fulfill her desire and protect her even at the cost of her own life, as shown when she sacrificed herself for Izis.

She desired to earn Izis' attention and approval by defeating Rimuru Tempest during their encounter in the Loup Loupe.

Story

Izis created her based on Hinata Sakaguchi, intending to create a weapon capable of killing Rimuru. Izis tested her on Benimaru and Souei nearly killing the two. She met her end at the hands of Gobta while protecting Izis from his attack.

Another Hyuga appears in Loup Loupe but quickly meets her end by Rimuru Tempest using Kokuyou's Saint Barrel from their earlier encounter on her.

She would later on be revived as part of Mad City only to die again when she along with the rest of the city dissipated.

Later on, when Cliché became a Demon lord seed known as a Fascinator elf, she was able to imitate Izis' ability to create multiple Hyugas only for them all to be killed by the Tempest-Eurazania joint forces.

Trivia

• Her name is likely an pun on Hinata Hyūga from the Naruto series as the person she is based on is also named Hinata.
• Hyuga could possibly return with Izis being able to recreate her copies with Rex's Portfolio and was able to recreate her Rapier. However since original is required to be in Izis' slight to work, and the current storyline takes place in between The Octagram Soars and Conflict Between Saints and Monsters before Hinata and Rimuru become on good terms, it is unlikely for the time being.
