Noel is a green swamp monster from who wears a yellow swim cap with swimming goggles and also wears a red and white striped one-piece swimsuit. On both sides of his head, he has turquoise fins and his eyes are brown while the background of his eyes are green. His arms have turquoise fins on them. He has greenish turquoise legs and feet with his feet being webbed with visible brown pointy nails on them. He has dark green eyebrows on his head. His neck is much visible to the player.
Deep Blue Outfit
Launched in , his skin color changes to purple with some cyan strokes under his now yellow-orange eyes. His pupils are much more thin. He now wears a belt with a black t-shirt that has a blue star. His fins color change to purplish-pink. His fins on his arms are now spikey and you can see fins on his head. His goggles are more big. His arms and legs have blue spots on his skin.
