Cathy is a limited character released in the update, where she could be unlocked in the Halloween Mega Bundle with Eddy, Pumpkin, Hexed and Noel for 100, or for 60 individually.
In the update, she could be obtained at Tier 20 in the Season Hunt (for 210 ).
Her first outfit, the Visual Kei Outfit, was released in , originally obtainable at Tier 30 of the Season Hunt, now 150.
Her second outfit, the Seaside Outfit, was released in , originally obtainable at stage 5 of the Spooky Sprint Challenge, 150 until 
, now 250,000.
Appearance
Default Outfit
Cathy is a mutant octopus-like creature with bluish-purple skin from , red-purple eyes and big black hair. It appears on her face that she has 5 tentacles. Slightly above her side tentacles, she has freckles. She wears a magenta headband, a schoolgirl outfit with a magenta tie and plaid skirt, black and magenta socks and mostly small black converse sneakers. At the side where her ears are covered by her hair, she has her hair combed outward. Her head’s shape is like an octopus’. When she is in her animation, there is a locker beside her filled with purple tentacles. The suckers on them are yellow and the skin tone is similar to Cathy’s, just more light purple. The very bottom of her torso is exposed under her skirt and connects her legs together. This most likely implies her legs are tentacles since there is nothing there and explain her small sneakers and how her legs are smaller toward her feet and because she is based off of Cthulhu.
Visual Kei Outfit
Launched in , now her hair is pink, she has a spiked headband which is a slightly darker pink, she has a spiked bracelet on her right arm, she is wearing a dark gray jacket on the outside, on it she has 2 spikes, while inside she is pink, her skirt is now blue, she also wears dark blue pants under her skirt and has purple socks with black boots.
Seaside Outfit
Launched in , she wears white sunglasses with purple lens, a red handkerchief on her head, gold earrings, a gold bracelet on her right arm, a red swimsuit, and white shoes.
