Felix (필릭스 pillikseu) was born on September 15, 2000 (age 24) in Sydney, Australia. He is a dancer, rapper and visual of the boy group Stray Kids.[3]

Predebut

While living in Australia, Felix was scouted through a private message he received after school on Facebook, asking him if he was interested in auditioning for JYP Entertainment.[4][5] He auditioned simply with a freestyle dance[6] then waited to graduate high school before moving abroad. Felix arrived in South Korea on February 14, 2017, and officially joined the company on February 24[7], making him the 6th member to join the lineup.

He was officially revealed by the company on October 12, 2017 for his participation in the upcoming survival show Stray Kids.[8]and introduced with the roles "Rap" and "Dance".

During the show, he was eliminated on episode 8 because of his struggles with Korean language, but he was brought back on the final episode on December 19, 2017. Following the audience voting in favor of the 9-member lineup, it was confirmed that Felix would debut in the boy group Stray Kids.

2018-present: Stray Kids

On March 25, 2018, Felix debuted with the mini album I am NOT as a lead dancer and sub-rapper of Stray Kids.[9]

From July 1, 2019 to January 3, 2020, he was a fixed MC on English-language program Pops in Seoul.

On June 24, 2022, he featured on the track "NO PROBLEM" of TWICE Nayeon's solo debut album IM NAYEON.

On December 21, 2022, Felix participated in writing and composing his original solo song "Deep end" for Stray Kids' album SKZ-REPLAY.

On August 22, 2023, it was announced that Felix became a House Ambassador for Louis Vuitton.[10]

On October 30, 2023, he made a special appearance in the music video of NiziU's South Korean debut single title track "Heartris."

On March 5, 2024, Felix debuted as a runway model at Louis Vuitton's Paris Fashion Week Women F/W 24 Show.[11]

On December 13, 2024, Felix participated in writing and composing his original solo song "Unfair" for Stray Kids' album HOP.

On January 5, 2025, Felix was featured in Japanese singer LiSA's opening theme OST single "ReawakeR (feat. Felix of Stray Kids)" for the anime Solo Leveling Season 2 -Arise from the Shadow-. On the same day, his solo Spotify profile was created along with the OST and his previous collaboration song "NO PROBLEM".

On March 10, he participated as a runway model at Louis Vuitton's Paris Fashion Week Women F/W 25 Show.[12]

Artistry

Since debut, Felix is a hot topic for his cavernous voice which contrasts with his soft looks. He often talked about it as being the "bass of the group"[13] and it is a weapon for Stray Kids' hype image. His lines often become the killing parts of the song, like in "Side Effects", "God's Menu" or "Christmas EveL", to the point that he is nicknamed "that part guy". When he sings, his voice gets higher, softer and boyish, like in "Deep end", "Youtiful" or "FNF".

His dancing is characterized by his coolness and freshness. He was often in charge of doing stunts in choreographies, like high kicks, as seen in "ALL IN" or "WOLFGANG".

Visuals

Felix is part of the visual line along Lee Know and Hyunjin. Visually, he has a soft fairy, elf-like image. He has had a great diversity of hair colors and makeup styles which often get experimental, like hair extensions ("Thunderous") and white mascara and eyebrows ("TOP").

He is also known for his freckles which used to be hidden by makeup artists earlier in the group's career, but are now almost always shown due to the good response from fans.
