Ego City is the fourth and final stage in Sonic Dream Team. It is a Dreamscape conjured by the Reverie during the Reverie Haven incident.

Like in the levels in Sonic Colors, the player can hear Dr. Eggman's voice in the background over a megaphone. He says the following lines:^[1]

Trivia

• Ego City 2-2 somehow got its checkpoints copied and pasted from 2-7 in the second update, making it initially impossible to get an S-Rank.
• Tails and Shadow are the only characters not being playable in Ego City Boss.
