The Laser Eye is a weapon of the Ancients which appears as an enemy in Shining Force: The Legacy of Great Intention and Shining Force: Resurrection of the Dark Dragon. It is first encountered on the Pao Bridge.
Background
Laser Eye is first used by the enemy in Chapter 3 of Shining Force. It has an aggressive attack that takes 5 turns to prepare, and fires on the 6th. The attack hits everything in a horizontal area three squares wide and extending down the entire map(covering most of the bridge the Force must cross to reach it). Laser Eye is one of the most difficult enemies in the game. They are robots designed for war.
Strategy
Regardless of your characters' defense, Laser Eye always does about 20 points of damage. Therefore, it is recommeneded that they are ganged up on by characters with both high attack and high health, such as Zylo.
