She met Serious Sam at an unknown point in her life and joined him and his friends to fight back against Mental.

She is part of the Serious Eight DLC. She can only be selected if the player has bought the Serious Eight DLC. She can also be bought if the player has Serious Sam Fusion installed.

Silver Sarah is a Caucasian woman with brown hair. She wears a silver skirt, gloves and jacket, along with high heel boots and black sunglasses. She is essentially a silver reskinned model of Meesterious Mia.
