Francis has navy blue eyes and brown hair, beard and mustache. He wears a green cap, a red shirt over a white one, and blue jeans.
Biography
In "2500 Candles for Ra", Francis appears as a mover along with Charles, and the two take Ra and the mummies from the museum to transport them elsewhere, but are stopped after being scared by Casper and Mantha.
In "Ghostbust a Move", Francis appears helping the Bradley family move their belongings, but ends up being accused by Graham Bradley of looking for a way to charge more for the work after a scheme made by Casper and his friends to stop the move.
