Uranium is a considerably rare resource used to create Enriched Uranium, and thus, nukes.

Description

As of now, uranium only has three purposes, one of them is to create Enriched Uranium, and as such, is the main component for nukes, and, because of this, is extremely fought over, especially in the lategame. Also it can be used for sustaining “Isotope Research Act” or sold to the internal market to add 10% to the research output and get other buffs. Uranium is mostly found in Kazakhstan, with moderate amounts in Australia and Canada. There are also small amounts of Uranium found in the United States, India, China, Pakistan, Russia, Iran, Niger, Antarctica, Lesotho, Ukraine, and Namibia. One unit of Uranium can be sold for $420,000 and can be purchased for $525,000. Uranium can be used to make nukes, which can annihilate troops and decimate cities.

It is very rare, because the entire world only produces a total of 19, and only 14 nations produce any at all. As such, playing as a nation that produces uranium can be risky at the start of the game, as other nations may want to quickly take you to begin preparing for nukes.

Producing

There are only 14 nations in the world that produce uranium, with only 3 of these producing more than 2 every 5 days.
