Diana is one of the characters from pop'n music 13 カーニバル.
Appearance
Diana's figure is a woman with dark blue eyes and hair, styled into a large bun, that carries a light blue and silver variant. Her attire and scarf is a match of her hair: the scarf is light blue and the rest of her attire is light-blue and silver.
Her alternate palette contains earthy colors: Diana's hair and outfit have brown shades, her long scarf is natural chartreuse green, and her waist belt and eye color are dark green.
Character Comments
When I heard that Francis Maya, who I've always thought was wonderful in TOMOSUKE's songs, would be singing, my expectations were so high that my dreams were so high. I tried to imagine Maya as a chiseled, dignified female character, but I couldn't think of anything that was perfect... When you're stuck like that, go to the composer's desk. Give me some ideas.
There, I was inspired to create a "muse-like" feel, and that's it! The character became like a Greek sculpture, or rather, "beauty itself!". At the time, I was into Maurice Denis' paintings, so my dreams were even higher (please search for them if you're interested).
It was difficult to animate the fluttering drapes, but I think it turned out to be a beautiful painting.
