Stark Mountain

Stark Mountain is a location introduced in Generation IV.

Description

Stark Mountain is a large volcanic mountain that is home to many Fire-type Pokémon, including the legendary Heatran. The mountain consists of three rooms: the opening room, (no trainers, except for Team Galactic during the first visit in Platinum), the huge body room (full of trainers, mostly Double Battles), and Heatran's room (only Team Galactic in Pokémon Platinum Version).

After the player's first visit, they can return to the Survival Area and talk to Buck and return to Heatran's room and capture the Pokémon. Mars and Jupiter's last appearances before they disappear are after the player captures or defeats Heatran.
