Lake Valor

Lake Valor is a location introduced in Generation IV.

Description

Lake Valor is one of the three legendary lakes of Sinnoh, and is where one of the Lake Guardians, Azelf, is located. Lake Valor is to the northeast of Pastoria City.

At one point, Team Galactic arrives at Lake Valor to capture Azelf, the second Pokémon needed to create the red chain. They use a Galactic Bomb to clear the water out of the lake. Once you enter the cavern, you battle Commander Saturn. Even if you win, Team Galactic still makes off with the Pokémon, having complete disregard for the large number of Magikarp flopping around on the lake bed, their lives endangered.
