Koops is a Koopa Troopa from Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door.

History

"Mario works at IHOP!"

He appears as a customer in IHOP.

"Mario the Genius?!"

He used to be a student at Kaigawa High School.

"Paper Mario Adventure, The Search for the 7 Crystal Stars!"

He joins Mario and Goombella on their way to Hooktail's castle to avenge his father. After getting all of the Crystal Stars and defeating Walt Disney, Koops tells Mario to feel free to call them for the next adventure. Mario left by the time his finish that sentence.
