Googly-Eyed[1][4] is a Sea King.[2] It is one of the six Sea Kings that speak to Shirahoshi when she fully manifests the power of Poseidon.[5]
Appearance
Googly-Eyed is a large Sea King that resembles a giant frog. It has yellow skin with a pale underbelly, a prominent dorsal fin, and green, googly eyes.[2] In the Digitally Colored Manga, his body is completely yellow and his eyes are white.
Googly-Eyed is colored turquoise in Grand Line Dream Adventure Log's official artwork, though it appears consistent with the colored manga in the game itself.

Personality
Googly-Eyed is shown to prey on ships, as it attempted to eat the Going Merry.[2] Like its fellow Sea Kings, Googly-Eyed respects Poseidon (Shirahoshi) as its queen and responds to her call. It also values Noah and intervened to stop Luffy from destroying the ship, as it awaits the "promised day" when the the ship will be used.[5][3]
Abilities and Powers
As a Sea King, Googly-Eyed is one of the largest and most powerful creatures to inhabit the ocean. It is able to leap great distances from the water much like a frog.[2]
It is shown to be quite intelligent by way of conversations it has with its kind and Shirahoshi.[5][3]

Arabasta Saga
Reverse Mountain Arc

When the Straw Hat Pirates accidentally sailed into the Calm Belt, Googly-Eyed and other Sea Kings, including Mottled, Birdy and Topknot, emerged from the sea. After the Going Merry was launched into the air by Mottled's sneeze, Googly-Eyed jumped from the water in an attempt to attack the ship, nearly eating Usopp. In the end, however, the crew managed to escape Googly-Eyed.[2]
Fish-Man Island Saga
Fish-Man Island Arc
Googly-Eyed was one of the Sea Kings unconsciously summoned by Shirahoshi when Luffy was attempting to destroy Noah to save Fish-Man. Googly-Eyed and five others of its kind—Mottled, Birdy, Underbite, Scales and Topknot—took ahold of the ship's chains, halting its descend. Conversing with Shirahoshi, the Sea Kings explaining that she was their sovereign and had called them. After Shirahoshi left to save the fainted Luffy, the Sea Kings talked amongst themselves. They noted that it had seemed as if Luffy had heard their voices, something that previously occured with Gol D. Roger. They then wondered if Noah could be repaired before the "promised day". After pulling Noah to the Sea Forest, they swam away.[5][3]
