Pakatto 24 (パカット２４ Pakatto 24) is a gun enemy in Mega Man 4. Like Cannon in Mega Man 3, it can only be hit when it is shooting, but there is a short time between shots, so hitting it is tricky. Flash Stopper can alleviate some of the frustration. Also, Rain Flush can destroy them in one hit even with their shields closed. A timed Ring Boomerang can easily destroy one.
